At AM Lighting, we develop outdoor LED lighting systems designed to withstand real-world conditions: humidity, vibrations, UV radiation, rain and voltage fluctuations.

We do not adapt indoor luminaires. We design specific solutions for vehicles and applications where reliability is not optional.

Each unit is manufactured to technical specification, with integrated current regulation and active thermal protection to ensure stability and long service life in harsh conditions.

Our outdoor LED profiles are developed for applications in fire trucks, service vehicles, and technical mobile units, integrating IP68 protection, current regulation, and EMC compliance (ECE R10).

It is not about adapting standard luminaires, but about designing solutions prepared for real working environments.

A professional IP68 LED profile is not only sealed against water and dust, but also incorporates:

Outdoor LED profiles for 24V emergency vehicles must incorporate active current regulation to maintain stability under voltage fluctuations typical of battery-powered systems.

Our LED profiles operate within an input range of 18–30 V DC, with optimised regulation between 22–30 V DC, ensuring extended service life and consistent light stability.

They can also be adapted to 12V systems upon technical specification.

The profile provides an average luminous flux of 1350 lm/m and achieves a minimum of 60 lux at a distance of 3 meters, considering an average mounting height of 2.5 meters.

These protections are integrated into the design, not added afterwards.

The LED system is designed according to L70/B50 specifications, ensuring long-term luminous flux maintenance even in environments subject to thermal variations between -20°C and +70°C.

The combination of electronic regulation and optimised thermal dissipation is key to preserving performance stability in the various environments where emergency vehicles operate.
